This Privacy Policy explains how BLAZE ("BLAZE", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the BLAZE desktop application and related services (the "Service"). BLAZE is an AI-assisted creative tool for Windows that provides chat, image generation, and workflow automation powered by third-party AI models. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and credentials you use to register and sign in.
• Content you provide — the prompts, text, images, files, and project data you create or upload while using BLAZE's chat, canvas, workflow, and generation features.
• Generated output — the images, text, and other content the Service produces from your inputs.
• Usage and device data — logs, feature usage, credit activity, app version, operating system, and basic technical information needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment information — when you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment provider, Creem. We do not store or have access to your full card number. We receive only the information needed to fulfill the purchase (such as a transaction reference and the amount paid).

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service, including generating content from your prompts.
• To process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance.
• To screen prompts for prohibited content before generation (see Section 4).
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, and troubleshoot problems.
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and important changes.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services we share data with

To deliver the Service, certain data is shared with the providers below. We share only what is needed for each provider to perform its function.

• AI model providers — to generate output, your prompts and related inputs are sent to the AI providers that power the Service, which may include OpenAI, Google (Gemini), OpenRouter, Replicate, Runware, and fal. Your use of generated content is also subject to those providers' terms.
• Creem — our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which processes credit purchases and handles billing, tax, and payment-related compliance.
• Content moderation — prompts submitted for image or video generation are screened through Creem's moderation service before generation.
• Infrastructure — we use Supabase and standard hosting/infrastructure providers to store account data, credit ledgers, and operate the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Prompt screening

Prompts intended for image or video generation are automatically screened against content policies before any generation occurs. Prompts that violate these policies are blocked and not processed. This screening protects users and keeps the Service compliant.

5. Data retention

We retain account information, credit records, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below; some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

BLAZE is available to users worldwide, and the providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such locations.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
